About GorStra Research Group
GorStra Research Group is a pro-bono human rights research group, led by emerging young leaders located around the world. We create bespoke analytical reports for our public-facing Desks focused on different regions of the world and important topics. We run our own projects, such as our podcast with industry experts and our video group using short form video content. Along with our public-facing side, we work with various NGOs, charities, and organizations. Some clients we have worked with include:

Role Information
As a Research Analyst for the Europe Desk, you will:
- Be responsible for producing professional reports for GorStra Research Group; reports will be in relation to the public-facing side of GRG or the client side. 
- Conduct high-quality research pertaining to human rights issues in Europe to produce insightful and relevant reports for the Europe Desk 
- Analyze information pertaining to human rights abuses, whether it be independently or part of a team 
- Assist business development and outreach in regards to the Europe Desk 
- Participate in other areas as required 
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or recently graduated from university 
- Good command of written English 
- Able to produce reports in a timely manner on a professional scale 
- Excellent communication skills 
- Ability to research and present information 
- Interest in international affairs, politics, and/or human rights 
- Interest in European affairs 
- Able to commit 6-8 hours a week 
Helpful Qualities
- Experience in a relevant organization or sector 
- Understanding of a foreign language 
- OSINT Skills
